The test asks three workplace questions. The correct choices are the cynical answers that fit the Foreman's personality, not the responsible safety-policy options. The wording below is censored, while the game may spell the lines out in full.

- Meetings should be held: "Every f****** hour"
Where to find the Foreman
The documented route places the sparking Foreman robot roughly halfway toward the third antenna and memorial area while you are repairing service warmers. Look for the damaged robot beside a warmer that only the Foreman can repair.
Use the active journal and the warmer route as the main orientation. Early Access can move markers or interactions, so this page does not turn that relative landmark into an invented coordinate.
Repair materials and interaction order
Approach the sparking robot and use M2 to discharge the electrical current before attempting the repair. The current community walkthrough records a requirement of 4 Metal and 3 Electronics.

- Complete the repair, then start the Foreman test
What happens after the test
After the three correct answers, the Foreman repairs the service warmer beside it. That completes this interaction and restores the warmer needed for the surrounding route.
The area is cold, so arrive with enough oxygen and cold protection for the return trip. Do not spend the last safe seconds searching the answer list after beginning the interaction.
If the repair or test will not start
Confirm that you discharged the robot before supplying materials and that the interaction is with the sparking Foreman beside its service warmer. If the prompt remains unavailable, capture the active objective and installed build before reloading or reporting the problem.
This answer set is community-documented for the current Early Access chapter. Match the meaning of the answer rather than a button position, and recheck the source if a later update changes the dialogue.
