Wiring appears in official notes only through the station wire-plugging quest, which Hotfix 0.8.11 (2026-09-29 CST) fixed. That is a quest progression bug, not a material. No official note names wires as a gather-able resource or publishes a location for them.

Why there is no location printed here
Community write-ups describe cutting wires out of junction boxes or electrical panels, but that detail comes from third-party guides, and this site does not copy third-party guides as authoritative data. A copied box or panel location would be a guess, not a verified fact.
How to verify in the current build
Open the in-game Encyclopedia and search wires by name before flying out. The live recipe and blueprint screens are the authority for what wires are used for and how to gather them.
- Look up wires in the in-game Encyclopedia
- Read which recipes and repairs list wires on the live screens
- Note the object the Encyclopedia describes before the trip
- Confirm the harvesting action from the current prompt
How this guide is maintained
Breathedge 2 Guide treats official store and developer pages as the primary source of truth. Current-build community evidence can answer gaps the developers have not documented, but it is clearly labelled, attributed, and checked against conflicting reports.
