The Steam store confirms scavenging and crafting, and the pinned FAQ points players to the in-game Encyclopedia for resource hints. Neither names electrical tape, and neither publishes a spawn location or a harvesting rule for it.
Why there is no location printed here
Community write-ups describe tape-wrapped pipes as the source, but that detail comes from third-party guides, and this site does not copy third-party guides as authoritative data. A copied pipe location or yield would be a guess, not a verified fact.
How to verify in the current build
Open the in-game Encyclopedia and search electrical tape by name before flying out. The live recipe and blueprint screens are the authority for what electrical tape is used for and how to gather it.

How this guide is maintained
Breathedge 2 Guide treats official store and developer pages as the primary source of truth. Current-build community evidence can answer gaps the developers have not documented, but it is clearly labelled, attributed, and checked against conflicting reports.
Exact routes, recipes, timers, and balance values are dated when verified. If a detail is still uncertain, the guide says so instead of filling the gap with a guess.
