Breathedge 2 Hotfix 0.8.9
Two quest fixes lead this small update. The developer also changed the English Suit voiceover, encyclopedia, and Steam Deck optimization.
Quest fixes to recheck
- Putting the dummy in the locker now counts for the objective.
- The missing marker on the chief's head after his body exploded was fixed.
Update the game before retrying either named objective. The announcement does not establish that every previously broken save recovers.
Other changes in 0.8.9
- The Suit's English voiceover was rerecorded and replaced with the actor who voiced the first game.
- Errors in encyclopedia text were fixed.
- Encyclopedia hyperlinks were fixed.
- Steam Deck optimization improved.
The patch note does not provide measured Deck frame rates or verify any recipe or resource location. For source-backed context, browse the guides. The crafting calculator still uses clearly labelled fictional recipe examples.
